Measuring at 0.3mm thick and weighing at 130grams, this new flexible e-paper display gives the impression of reading a real newspaper for the user. The Taiwanese company Teclast has decided to enter the e-book reader market by releasing the Teclast K3. The gadget features a 6-inch e-ink display screen and is capable of playing MP3 and MP4 files. Dubbed as the “Talking Portable Library”, the K3 also adopts the Text-To-Speech (TTS) technology allowing the device to read out loud in either Chinese or English language. Samsung today unveiled a new range of cell phones called the Samsung Shark. These handset are designed to bring a range of functions to users including social media and multimedia functions. There are three models in the Samsung Shark range including the Samsung Shark S5350, the Samsung Shark S5550 and the Samsung Shark S3550.
The Samsung Shark S5350 is an 11.9-inch thick candybar cell phone with a QVGA display, HSDPA, a 3.2-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, and a built-in 100MB of storage space. The phone also supports a wide range of instant messenger functions such as GTalk and AIM. Meanwhile, the Samsung Shark S5550 is a slider phone with an AMOLED display screen, a 5MP Autofocus camera module, a 110MB of internal memory, a microSD (up to 8GB), Bluetooth, and USB port. And finally, the Shark S3550 is a compact cell phone that supports GTalk, AIM and Parlingo chat clients. The handset provides a 2MP camera module, a 40MB of internal memory and a MicroSD slot (up to 8GB).

I’m not the type who just has to have a trumpet blow every time I get a new email, so I’m not certain whether or not this USB Webmail notifier is for me.

This is an application for Mac computers that really should be for all computers with touchpads. This is the Inklet, which has the power to transform a tiny trackpad into a tablet.
Granted, there isn’t much you can do with a tablet-sized trackpad, but think of it as sort of a post-it note or something. This application costs $25 for Macs, which is a pretty high price.
