RAmos comes back to the mobile internet device (MID) market by releasing the RAmos W9. It is actually a successor to the RAmos W7. The new RAmos W9 is powered by Android 2.1 OS and the Rockchip RK2818 processor. There is no further info about this gadget, so stay tuned for more updates. [IMP3]

RAmos has begun shipping their latest Android MID, the W7. Introduced back in September last year, the W7 offers a 4.8-inch 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen display, a 600MHz Rockchip RK2808 chipset, a 128MB RAM, an 8GB of storage, 720p HD video playback support, WiFi, 3G (optional), a 1500 mAh battery and runs on Android 1.5 OS. The RAmos W7 Android MID retails for 999 Yuan (about $146).

Dubbed as the M500, the device packs a 5-inch 800 x 480 resistive touchscreen display, a 624MHz Marvell PXA303 processor, a 128MB RAM, a 256MB ROM, an SD card slot, a front camera, 720p HD video playback support, 3G, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, an HDMI output, a 2500mAh battery and runs on Android OS. aigo releases the E500 Android MID in China. The E500 is a 5-inch device with 800×480 resolution. It is powered by a 600MHz ARM processor and 128MB RAM and runs Android 1.5 OS.
The aigo E500 has 8GB internal storage. It supports WiFi and offers built-in speaker and 3.5mm audio jack. The E500 Android MID is available at newegg China for 1399 Yuan ($205).
