HP announced the new ENVY 17 3D notebook PC with 3D Cinema Technology for 3D cinema-quality visuals as well as Beats Audio and an HP Triple Bass Reflex subwoofer. The ENVY 17 3D comes with a 17.3-inch HP 3D Ultra BrightView Display with Full HD 1080p resolution and HP 3D Active Shutter Glasses.

The ENVY 17 3D is powered by Intel Core i7 processor and ATI Mobility Radeon HD5850 graphics. It has up to 2TB of storage and Blu-ray drive. The 3D notebook gets a brushed aluminum housing.[hp]

HP introduces the ENVY 14 Beats edition notebook. Based on original ENVY 14, the Beats edition includes Beats Audio, a unique, high-performance technology developed by HP and Beats by Dr. Dre to provide the optimal sound experience. Select models will come with Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 and Adobe Premiere Elements 8 software for photo and video editing.

The ENVY 14 Beats Edition is powered by choice of Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 8GB of memory and 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650 dedicated graphics card. Hewlett-Packard will launch the HP Slate 500 tablet very soon. This Windows 7-powered tablet has a 8.9-inch touchscreen display with pen input support, an Intel Atom Z530 processor, a 32GB or 64GB of storage space, and support for 1080p video playback. The HP Slate 500 tablet retails for around $550 each. Additionally, HP is also expected to unveil a similar tablet with WebOS operating system, made by recently acquired Palm. [HP]

HP has just announced their new ePrint Web Connected Printer series which will allow you to store documents remotely and print them from wherever you are in the world. It will also be useful for setting up scheduled prints like news or Disney activities for kids. HP has announced two new widescreen LCD monitors to its Compaq range with the introduction of the 18.5-inch S1922 (pictured above) and 20-inch S2021. Aimed at small and medium businesses, both of these monitors make use of a low power panel and provide 1366 x 768 native resolution (S1922), 1600 x 900 native resolution (S2021), 5ms response time, 5000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and have a D-Sub input. HP has finally released the HP Envy 17 laptop with the ATI Eyefinity multi-display technology that allows you to connect up to three external displays. The laptop is currently available in the base and recommended configurations. Priced at $1,400, the base configuration features a 2.26GHz Intel Core i5 CPU with a 4GB of RAM, a 320GB HDD, a 17-inch (1600 x 900) LCD display and an ATI Radion HD 5850 graphics. HP’s recommended configuration of Envy 17 boasts a more powerful 2.6GHz Intel Core i7 CPU, a 6GB of RAM, a 500GB hard drive and a 17-inch (1920 x 1080) LCD display. The recommended configuration retails for $2,150. Both models come equipped with an HP TrueVision HD webcam and a 6-cell Lithium-Ion battery that provides enough juice for up to 2.5-hour.
