Apple officially announced its new iPod touch 4G (2010 model) with both rear camera for 720p HD video recording and a front camera mainly for FaceTime video conversation with friends. The new iPod touch is even slimmer than the previous generation, measuring just 7.2mm thick.

The new iPod touch is basically a simplified version of the iPhone 4, taking away the phone/3G data function and packing less advanced cameras. It features the same 3.5-inch 960×640 Retina Display, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity. The player is also equipped with 3-axis gyro, accelerometer and ambient light sensor. It’s built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery offers up to 40 hours music playback and 7 hours of video playback.
The iPod touch 4G comes in 8GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, which are available for $229, $299 and $399 respectively. It will be running the new iOS 4.1 that includes GameCenter.

Finally Apple announced at the WWDC 2010 its new iPhone 4, one of the thinnest smartphone. The new iPhone looks exactly the same as previous leaked, getting a brand new design with a thickness of 9.3mm. Boosted by the Apple’s own A4 chip, it features a new 3.5-inch Retina display with multitouch, 960×640 resolution at 326ppi, 800:1 contrast ratio and a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p/30fps HD video recording and LED flash. Well well, what’s this? Our pal Stuart Miles at Pocket-lint spotted an interesting detail on one of Apple’s iPhone 4 screenshots: an "Open in ‘Keynote’" button while viewing an attachment in Mail. It’s since been replaced by a shot that reads "Open in ‘iBooks’," but it certainly seems like the iWork suite will eventually make it across the iOS range from the iPad. While we’re not going to pretend like that’s nearly a big a deal as Microsoft integrating Office into Windows Phone 7, it’s still a welcome move, as we know more than a few people who’d like to make some work-type edits on the go. Why we didn’t get a peek at this today we don’t know, but we’ve got a feeling we’ll hear more about it as June 21 gets nearer.

Apple has recently rolled out the iPad, a revolutionary device for browsing the web, reading and sending email, enjoying photos, watching videos, listening to music, playing games, reading e-books and much more. Measuring at 0.5-inch thick, the gadget features a responsive high-resolution Multi-Touch display allowing you to physically interact with applications and content. Apple iBookstore For iPad

Apple has also launched the new iBookstore for iPad. It is an iTunes Store-like storefront for e-books that lies within a new app called iBooks. The iBookstore will feature books from both major and independent publishers including Penguin, Simon & Schuster, HarperCollins, Macmillan, and Hachette book group. All books will be offered in the ePub format. Several books shown during the demo were available for as little as $4.99 each.
